How do I resolve EF Message 5073 on a 990-N return?
Form 990-N EF Message 5073 states:
MISSING INFORMATION: Form 990N is missing required information. Verify
the following information is complete:
OFF screen (Officers, Directors, Employees):
* Name
* Address
- U.S. address includes the street, city , state and ZIP code
- Foreign address includes the street and country
* "Principal officer" check box should be selected
Return to the OFF screen and and verify that all information is entered and complete to clear this message. Often overlooked is the Principal officer indicator on the OFF screen.
