On VA Form 502, the owner's name and signature do not appear.
The owner or authorized representative's signature fields are at the bottom of page 2 of Form 502, Pass-Through Entity Return of Income and Return of Nonresident Withholding Tax.
Those fields are meant to be signed by hand with a pen in the event that the return is paper-filed. Otherwise, the signing officer's information is sent with the return as an electronic signature.
