How do I attach a certificate approved by the GA Dept. of Natural Resources to claim a credit for a zero emissions vehicle on an e-filed return?
The zero emissions certificate is not a required attachment to an e-filed GA individual return. Ordinarily, if the DOR wants documentation for an e-filed return, they contact the taxpayer.
An alternative is to paper-file the return with the certificate attached.
