What is included in the free trial?

• 250MB capacity
• The ability to brand your site with your company logo and name
• A custom URL (website address) for your site
• Unlimited client accounts
• Unlimited firm accounts for staff/employees

How long is the trial period?

The free trial is 14 days from the date you sign up. When the free trial period expires, you will have 30 days to upgrade to a paid subscription before your account is terminated. If your account is terminated for failing to upgrade to a paid subscription, the subdomain you chose will be recycled.

Do I need a credit card to apply for the free trial?

No credit card is required for the free trial.

Can I have more than one free trial?

Only one free trial per customer may be established.

Can I extend the free trial period?

No, the free trial period cannot be extended beyond the 14 days.

How do I sign up for the free trial?

• Log in to the Drake Software Support website. From the Products menu, select Drake Portals. Click the Try for Free button to sign up for the free trial.
• Or go to http://www.securefilepro.com and click the Sign Up Now button.

Can I use e-Sign Online with the free trial?

Yes, however, you would have to purchase e-Sign events if you want to get signatures for a live client file. You can try out the e-Sign process with a test return by following the steps in KB 16950.
