Why don't some text or keywords on the first lines of result letter print as expected?
Any text or keyword entered on the first two lines of a result letter may not display or print. In other letters (e.g. a pre-season letter) text entered on the first lines may display, but keywords do not function and instead display as text.
When using the Client Communications Editor to edit a letter, a safe practice is to avoid inserting text or keywords in the top two lines. Move your keyword or text to the third line or below.
