11177: Serial Number Entry Shows PPR But Should be Unlimited

I had to buy a new computer and when I put in the serial number it indicated that I am a PPR customer but I should be unlimited. How can I change this?

Log in to Drake and select Pay Per Return from the Setup menu. If you entered the correct serial number, and the account is an unlimited one, you should see the following alert:

If you do not see this alert, reboot your system, log in to the program look and for it again.

If the problem persists, call Drake Software Support at (828) 524-8020.
