Where in an individual return can I indicate that no sales tax is due for the state of Wisconsin?
At the bottom of WI screen 1A, select the Check here to certify that no sales or use tax is due check box.
EF Message 1103 may generate if you have not entered the sales or use tax, or if no sales or use tax is due and you have not checked the above box.
