I use Republic Bank and am trying to view the total fees deposited into my account, but the total does not appear to be correct in EF > Search EF Database, or on any report. Why is this?
If you receive your fees in more than one acknowledgement, Drake is only able to track the last amount deposited. For example, if you receive a payment of $50, and then you receive an additional payment of $10, $10 displays in your EF database and reports instead of the total of $60.
