11621: Drake Software Out of Memory


Firewalls, Antiviruses, etc.

I am getting a message that Drake Software is out of memory. What should I do?

This message can appear unexpectedly in the software. A possible cause is an antivirus or firewall that conflicts with Drake Software or a backup software service that is running and currently backing up Drake Tax.

  • Configure your antivirus and firewall to allow all Drake Tax files.
  • If it occurs during printing, verify your printer settings on Setup > Printing and Device Setup > Printers.
  • If it occurs when accessing the software or performing any other function within the software, restart your computer and try the function again.
