Is the CA Form 3532 Head of Household Schedule required for electronic filing?
If you do not attach a completed form FTB 3532 to your tax return, The FTB will deny your Head of Household filing status. For more information about the Head of Household filing requirements, go to ftb.ca.gov and search for HOH.
This information can be entered on CA screen 3532.
