12503: Drake Software Renewal

You can renew the software online, using a credit or debit card, by completing the following steps:

1. Log in to the Drake Software Support Website.
2. On the left, choose Account > Renewals.
3. Select the package that you want to purchase, and any add-on items.
4. Click Continue.
5. Confirm that your Company Information is correct, and click Continue.
6. Review your cart details, enter your payment information, review and agree to the listed agreements (check the box that you have read and agree).
7. Click Submit Order. 

You can also renew by mail or fax. To renew by mail or fax:

1. Log in to the Drake Software Support Website.
2. On the left, choose Account > Renewals.
3. Beside the question "Can't renew online?" choose the link Click here.
4. Download the order form for your type of renewal.
5. Open and complete the PDF.
6. Print the form, sign it, and send it back to us. The mailing address and fax number are at the bottom of the form. Emailed forms cannot be accepted.
   • If you are paying by check, include it with the mailed-in form.
     
   • If paying with a card, include your card information, and either mail or fax the form.
