Partnerships KY-765 and KY-765GP - which one is produced?
Kentucky has two types of partnership returns. The produced KY form depends on the Type of Entity selection made on federal screen B (Schedule B - Other Information).
When entering KY specific information, be sure to select the KY screens under the appropriate state tab.
