What are the "NOMINEE" codes in the I1 Partner type drop list on screen K1 in the 1065 package?
On the K1 screen, click in the I1 field, and press F1 and scroll to the bottom for an explanation of the codes.
The nominee letters indicate the type of entity the nominee represents, such as:
- IND = Individual
- C = Corporation
- F = Fiduciary
- P = Partnership
- E = Exempt Organization
- IRA = Individual Retirement Arrangement
- LC = LLC Corporation
- LP = LLC Partnership
Example: NOMINEE C would be input for a nominee representing a corporation.
