Why does a Connecticut 1040-ES have the wrong address on it? The website says PO Box 2932 but the software displays PO Box 5053.
CT has separate addresses for the vouchers. One applies to software vendors such as Drake Software and the other address applies to taxpayers who self-prepare and file their returns.
The self-prepared voucher address is the one appearing on the website. The vendor’s address appears on the ES vouchers generated through Drake Software, as per state instructions.
