Where do I enter mileage in an S corporation return?
In an 1120S return, mileage expense can be entered as Automobile and truck expense on the DED screen (on the General tab).
If you complete Form 4562 outside of Drake and want to enter the information directly on the form, actual mileage can be entered on override screen 9 (on the Assets-Sales-Recapture tab under the Depreciable Assets section).
Starting in Drake23, screen AUTO can be used to enter details for vehicle expenses. Page Down to enter details for each vehicle on a new screen and generate Wks Auto in view.
