Is it possible to produce more than one Maine PTFC (Property Tax Fairness Credit) form?
At this time, Drake Tax does not offer an option to produce more than one Maine PTFC form in data entry.
The Maine Property Tax Fairness Credit allows a deduction only for rental or property tax payment on the primary residence and cannot be claimed if the filing status is MFS (Married Filing Separate), as stated in the Maine Schedule PTFC instructions.
