How do I clear EF Message 5560 on an individual return?
EF Message 5560 states:
MISSING DATA ENTRY: You have included certain forms with this return that have either blank or incomplete data entry screens. Return to and either complete or delete the following data entry screens:
To resolve this EF Message, you will need to go to Data Entry and find the screen that is either blank, or incomplete. Once you find this screen, you will need to either:
- delete the screen, by opening the screen and pressing CTRL+D, or
- finish filling the screen out.
Note: The common screens that produce this error message are screens 6252, 8275, 6781, 8839, and 8396
