When I e-file NY Forms NYCT3 and CT3M, will I get separate acknowledgements for each form?
When both forms are present in the same return, and eligible for e-filing, they will be sent in a combined filing transmission. The CT3M is seen as a portion of the CT3 for transmission and acknowledgement purposes, though still recognized as it's own form when processed. Since the CT3M is combined with the CT3 for e-filing, you will only receive one acknowledgement with the status of both forms.
If either of the two forms has an issue that causes a reject, the reject applies to both forms.
