I have entered an account number on the Kentucky PTE screen, but it is not showing on the 740NP-WH form in View mode. Why?
An account number entered on the KY PTE screen for Nonresident withholding on Net Distributive Share income in a KY 765 or 720S return does not flow to the 740NP-WH form.
An entry on the PTE screen flows to the KY PTE-WH form in View mode for the partner/shareholder that the account number was entered on.
To have the account number produce on the 740NP-WH, return to KY data entry to the NPWH screen and the KY NRWH Account Number at the top of this screen.
In Drake19 and prior, enter on KY screen Q - Questionnaire, and enter the account number in one of the lines under question 3.
Note: In Drake16 and prior, the Nonresident Income Tax Withholding line is question 2.
Once the account number has been entered here, it will flow through to the respective form in the View mode.
