How can I confirm appointments in the Drake Scheduler?
Beginning in Drake 17, you can now indicate that the client has confirmed an appointment you have set in the Scheduler. To confirm an appointment, open the appointment detail, and check the box that states Confirmed in the top right corner.
Once an appointment has been confirmed, it will display as green on the Scheduler grid instead of blue.
Note: By default, confirmed appointments will display in green, and appointments that have not been confirmed will display in blue. If you want to change these colors, you can do so by going to Setup > Colors from within the Scheduler.
Drake 18 expands the customization of the appointment status by allowing you to assign a color and edit the associated status from the appointment window.
