Why is California Form 3582 not produced in View/Print mode?
CA 3582, Payment Voucher for Individual e-filed Returns, is a voucher that only produces for e-filed returns. The voucher allows proper processing of the payment due on the return. Since the return was e-filed and the payment is mailed, the voucher is produced.
If the return is set up to be e-filed, the voucher is produced so that the payment can be mailed separately.
If the return is not eligible for e-filing, or is being paper-filed, no voucher will be generated since the payment would be sent with the paper-filed return.
Note: If you are expecting to e-file the return, check for EF Messages that may be stopping the return from e-filing.
