15910: SFP Connect - Settings & Reports

How do I change the settings or view reports in SecureFilePro™ Connect?
 
To access settings, click on the gear icon in the upper right corner of the SFP Connect pane or go to Setup > SFP Settings from the Drake Documents home window.  
 
There are seven tabs on the settings window:
  • Account – Customize elements of your Account
  • Email – Customize the content of Emails
  • Clients – Search for Clients’ details
  • Employees – Search for Employees’ details
  • Connect Features – Customize available Features
  • Reports – Search for the details of files
  • Billing - Search for the details of bills (starting in Drake18)

If your tabs are limited, your account type may be Preparer instead of Admin inside the Employee setup in SFP (not Setup > Preparers in Drake Tax). This setting is found in the Traditional SFP Portal > Settings > Employee Setup. The administrator can change this selection by clicking Edit

Account:

  1. Change plan details and view important documentation.
  2. Customize the firm name and logo.
  3. Customize several options for how SFP behaves.
  4. Set the expiration time for different kinds of files.

    Email:

    1. Customize a variety of notification options.
    2. Customize sent from information and storage warnings.
    3. Customize the content of the three types of emails sent from SFP Traditional.
    4. Customize the content of the four types of emails sent from SFP Connect.
    5. Customize the content of the one type of email sent from Guest Exchange.
    6. Customize the common footer for all emails.

    Clients:

    1. Search for clients by keywords, access status, and type of SFP account or create a new client.
    2. Search results appear in the results pane.
    3. Edit, delete, and export search results.

    Employees:

    1. Search for employees, add employees, and edit the primary administrator.
    2. Search results appear in the results pane.
    3. Edit, delete, and export search results to Excel.

    Connect Features:

    • Check the box to the left of each feature that you’d like to be available in SFP Connect.

    Reports:

    1. Search by keywords and limit by client or employee and the action taken on the file.
    2. Search results appear in the results pane.
    3. Export search results to Excel.

    Billing:

    1. Search for bills and filter results by bill status.
    2. Search results appear in the results pane.
    3. Cancel bills, resend bill notifications, and export search results.
