Drake Accounting®: What are the reports listed under Chart of Accounts? 

 

The Chart of Accounts reports can be run by going to Accounting > Reports (Crystal Reports® in DAS21 and prior) > Chart of Accounts.

Chart of Accounts Listing

This report lists the following information from the Chart of Accounts. ​Starting account balances, not current balances, are displayed in this report (if selected to be included). 

 

Trial Balance

The report displays the current trial balance, as well as the total debit and credit amounts.  This report uses the following format:

 

Prior Year COA Compare

 The following information is compared between the current and prior years for the time period selected (if a COA is available in both years). 

 

 

Notes:

  • Prior to DAS 21, both CoA reports list the account number, level, account name, and account type. 
  • The CoA Listing report has the option to display the beginning balance and group by tax code.
  • The CoA Trial Balance report can display debits and credits.
  • In DAS21 onward, both reports will also display the subtype.
