There are many advantages to using Drake Chat to get quick support.
As a Drake Software client, you may find it more convenient and faster to use Chat from within the Drake Tax Software package to get answers and assistance with your questions. To initiate a Chat session,
- Click on the Support button from the Drake Tax Software Home screen and choose Chat Support.
- Complete the requested entries including your name, your Drake Software account number, and a brief explanation of the issue.
- Click Start Chat to be connected with our support staff.
