16790: Check Stub Override (DAS)

Financial

Drake Accounting®: What does "User Override" on the check stub mean? Why is there a negative amount showing for earnings?

Starting with DAS20 update 2.12.0.0, when you make an override on the Regular Pay or Overtime Premium fields on the payroll screens (i.e. you change the amount to something less than what Drake Accounting has calculated), the override amount will show on the check stub, even if the amount is negative.

This only applies to employees who have multiple pay rates or employees who have single pay rates with the option “Breakdown for Single Rate Employees” checked under Financial > Check & Stub Options
