To indicate which return the partner should be included on, go to OH data entry and on the K1 screen select the Partner ID in the drop list. Below that, check either: 

• Partner elects to file with composite return IT-4708
• Include this partner on IT-1140 return and print K1 information

To indicate which return the shareholder should be included on, go to OH data entry and on the K1 screen select the Shareholder ID in the drop list. Below that, check either: 

• Shareholder elects to file with composite return IT-4708
• Include this shareholder on IT-1140 return and print K1 information

Forms IT-1140 and IT-4708 are not supported in Drake Tax. Form IT-1041 will be produced in View/Print mode along with OH IT K1 forms for each investor/beneficiary.
