17419: TPG - Check and Refund Disbursement Details

How does the client view disbursement details for their TPG check or refund transfer?

 

Taxpayers can now log on to taxpayer.sbtpg.com to view the details of their refund disbursement processed by TPG. Details available include refund information and any fees that were withheld from the refund prior to the check issuance or refund processing. To log in, the taxpayer will need to enter the primary taxpayer's SSN and the expected refund amount*, and select their filing status.

*Important: The refund amount field is not the amount on the check. It is the amount of expected refund due to the taxpayer as acknowledged by the IRS (Form 1040, line 35a).

If the taxpayer needs assistance with logging in to the TPG website, they will need to use the help available from the icon on the TPG website. Drake Support is unable to view the check stub or any additional details. The taxpayer portal is the best way to review detailed and updated information regarding the disbursement.

Disbursement details are no longer printed on the check stub, however, a bank product information page, TPG_INFO, can still be printed in the View/Print mode of Drake Tax.
