Does Drake offer practice management features? Can I partner with another software provider that offers practice management features?
Yes, Drake Software provides many features to help you manage your office by customizing your setup items, tracking the status of returns, running reports, scheduling appointments, and configuring your client communications. See the Drake Software website > Products > Practice Management for details.
Drake has also partnered with some practice management software providers that may offer additional options for your office. If you have chosen to partner with one of the other providers, you will need to sign and retain a copy of the disclosure document per their guidelines. A link to the disclosure document is available on Setup > Options > Administrative Options tab > under Disclosure of Data. You will also need to check the box Authorize/Request the disclosure of certain taxpayer information available in that location.
Note that Drake Support is unable to troubleshoot any issues or answer any questions that you may have about these other providers. Questions about these partner programs should be directed to the relevant partner company:
