Important Information – IRS Tools and Online Accounts

The IRS will retire Secure Access on May 16, which means that as of May 17, you will no longer be able to access IRS online tools and online accounts using your IRS Secure Access usernames and passwords, including e-Services.

To continue accessing IRS online tools and online accounts, you will need to create a new account with ID.ME.  After an ID.ME account has been created, you will then need to connect your ID.ME account with your IRS e-Services account.
