Letters - Text And Keywords Not Printing



Why don't some text or keywords on the first lines of result letter print as expected?

Text or keywords entered on the first two lines of a result letter may not display or print as expected. In other letters (e.g. a pre-season letter) text entered on the first lines may display, but the keywords do not function and instead display as text. To avoid this display issue, when using the Client Communications Editor to edit a letter, a safe practice is to avoid inserting text or keywords in the top two lines. Move your keyword or text to the third line or below.
