Why doesn't the federal balance sheet or income reconciliation information flow to the state return in the corporate, S corporate or partnership returns?
If the balance sheet (Schedule L) is not required for federal purposes, no information is available for the state to pick up.
If you want Schedule L to show, go to the PRNT screen and
- 1120 – select Force Schedules L, M-1, and M-2 to print
- 1120S – select Force-print Schedules L and M-1
- 1065 – select Force Schedules L, M-1, M-2, & K-1 Section L.
