What Maine Forms Cannot be e-Filed?
Drake Software's Maine package does not support e-filing for estate returns.
In addition to the return types listed above, Maine does not permit e-filing of tax returns in the following circumstances:
- Fiscal year returns
- Short period returns (filings for less than 12 months)
- Composite returns
- Consolidated filers
