Where can I access Form W-9, Request for Taxpayer Identification & Certification?
Form W-9 is available in Drake Tax under the individual return package on the Other Forms tab of data entry > W9 screen. This form appears in view mode under the Miscellaneous forms section and is to be printed out and given to the requester. Form W-9 does not get transmitted with an e-filed return. It is only available for resident 1040 return and will not produce in a 1040-NR return.
