Where do I enter an email address on a business return?
Beginning with Drake13, an email address can be entered on the bottom of Screen 1 in the 1041, 1065, 1120, and 1120S returns. This address is used only for reports.
Email addresses can be entered on the Officer Information screen, or E screen. Starting in Drake20, for an 1120S return, this is available on the K1E screen. In a 1065 return an email address field is also available in the Designation of Partnership Representative section on the B screen > Schedule B, cont. tab (for Drake18 and prior, see bottom of the B screen under Tax Matters Partner). An email address field for state use is available on the State General Information screen under Contact Information.
