States Missing from Sets or Pricing Setup



When I try to adjust sets or pricing for state forms, the state drop list is blank. 

 

Go to Setup > Data Locations and check your Share settings data path. It probably displays a path that doesn't point to a valid Drake Software installation, so the state list is not available. Ordinarily, Share settings should point to the location where Drake is running. Use the drop list to select the correct location.

If you have a custom setup involving a specific Drake Software location where you manage shared settings, make sure you select the correct location. A correct Share settings path will populate the state drop list at Setup > Printing and Device Setup > Printers > Sets and the state drop list at  Setup > Pricing > Fed/State.

Note: Per Item Pricing is not available for state pricing. Only Per Form Pricing is available.
