How can I create Form 966 in a Corporate or S corporation return?
Data entry for Form 966 is available in the 1120 and 1120-S packages by going to the Assets-Sales-Recapture tab and choosing the 966 Dissolution or Liquidation screen. All of the fields are direct entry. The form is not eligible for e-filing.
