Are there any additional steps to set up my Hotmail, Windows Live, Outlook.com, or MSN.com email address in Drake Tax?
To allow Drake Tax to access and send emails using an Hotmail or Windows Live account, you must do the following:
- Enable POP under Settings (gear) > Mail > Sync Email.
- Turn on two-step verification and set up a special app password by going to Options > Account details > Security & Privacy > More Security Settings.
- In Drake Tax email setup, use this app password as your email password. Test settings, and when successful, click Save.
