Illinois Update 28

• Fiduciary Package:
  • When the amount on line 23b of Schedule NR, Nonresident Computation of Fiduciary Income, comes from sources both inside and outside of Illinois, the amount on line 23c - the "Illinois Portion" of the amount on line 23 - will now equal the amount on line 23b multiplied by the apportionment factor from Step 6, line 3, on page 2 of the schedule.

Pennsylvania Update 32

• Individual Package:
  • SSNs for partners now flow to the intended location on the Partner's Outside Tax Basis in a Partnership Worksheet ("PA REV999").

Maryland Update 43

• Individual Package:
  • Line 48, "Amount of overpayment to be refunded to you," on page 3 of Form 502, Resident Income Tax Return, will now be calculated, as expected.
