• Corporation and S Corporation Packages:
  • Passage of LA Senate Bill 161 has extended the suspension of the lower-tier corporation franchise tax for small business corporations for franchise tax years beginning July 1, 2021 - July 1, 2023. Prior to this update, the suspension of the franchise tax had ended for tax years beginning after June 30, 2021.
