Drake Hub is an integrated practice management platform that consolidates essential Drake Software tools into one convenient interface. Designed to improve work-flow, visibility, and automation, it replaces the legacy Drake User Manager with enhanced, centralized functionality.

Important Features related to Drake Pay and Drake Portals are only available if you’ve partnered with or purchased those services.

No, you will continue using the same log in credentials.
While Drake Hub integrates access to all programs in one interface, you will still have to purchase each product separately. For example, if you haven’t purchased Drake Portals, clicking on related features will display an informational page instead of launching the program.
Drake Hub is available for Drake Software users at no additional cost.
Note Multi-site customers will continue to see and use the Drake User Manager site. Availability will be expanded to multi-site customers at a later date (TBD, with a goal of doing so in early 2026).
Important Access to partner programs (Drake Pay, Drake Portals, etc.) is subject to licensing under the current pricing structure. These features and applications are only accessible if purchased. If you have not purchased an application or service, you will see an information page when attempting to access that feature. Some Drake Hub functionality may be limited depending on which applications you have purchased.
Yes, once your account has been upgraded to Drake Hub, it must be used to access certain features, namely adding or removing additional Staff users and adding or removing Drake application access for those staff users; use of other areas of Drake Hub, such as the Clients screen, is not required.
Direct access to specific programs and websites will still be available.
Yes, it is designed to be used on desktop computers and mobile devices.
Note The only exception for mobile or non-Windows use is when attempting to use Drake Hub to launch the Drake Tax Desktop or Drake Accounting applications, which will only be possible when using Drake Hub on a desktop computer running Windows where those applications are installed.
Drake Hub can be accessed using a browser on a computer or mobile device. There is no separate app.
No, the dashboard layout and features cannot be changed. We welcome your feedback as we continue to improve the platform.
