Chat Support

As a Drake Software client, you may find it more convenient and faster to use Chat from within the Drake Tax Software package to get answers and assistance with your questions. To initiate a Chat session, follow the steps below.

1. Click on the Support button from the Drake Tax Software Home screen and choose Chat Support.

2. You are first connected to the Help Assistant. Explain your issue in plain language and the assistant will provide a detailed resolution. If you need more help, you can ask to be connected to a Support Agent.
3. Click Chat with us.
4. Provide your name and account number when prompted.
5. The chat will notify you when you are connected with the live agent and you can proceed with your conversation.
