The Drake Status page is a way for you to view the live status of Drake Software’s online services, including support services, e-file transmission services, and bank processing, as well as third-party services.
There are three ways to access the Drake Status Page:

On the Home window of the Drake Tax, select Help > Drake Status Page.

Log in to the Drake Software Support website, and on the left menu bar, select Support > Drake Software Status.
