In addition to printing the "Need to Know" sheet, you must print all bank documents to clear these messages. Document names may vary depending on the bank product provider.

Tip  If you have tried to print all the bank documents and still see the message, make sure that you have cleared all other federal, bank, and state EF Message pages.

If you continue to see EF Message 5650 after printing and clearing other EF Messages, verify that the federal and state returns, if selected, show a refund.
