Even if you are not set up to use a signature pad, you may see a red eSign message in View/Print mode.
To globally remove this message, go to Setup > Options > EF and remove the check from the box titled Require E-Signatures on all electronically signable forms.
This message can also be removed from a single return by marking the check box on the EF screen > e-Signature NOT required on this return box.
Important This message is NOT cleared when signatures are gathered with the use of Drake Portals eSign Online.
