Drake Tax - Invalid Login Message When Updating Software

If you are getting an invalid login message when trying to update the software, remove the password that has been entered in Setup > Electronic Filing & Account Information (ERO). Re-enter the case-sensitive password. The new e-file password must be entered, which may be retrieved by going to the Drake Software Support website > Account > e-File Password.

Note that the password is case sensitive and does not contain any spaces. When copying and pasting from your e-File Password page, make sure that you do not copy any blank spaces (use the Copy button instead).
