Drake Tax - 990: Available State Returns

Drake Tax supports four states in the 990 package.

• Arizona (AZ)

• California (CA) - Form 199

  • CA Form 109 is available under Tools > Blank Forms, but the software will not fill out this form from data entry.

  • CA Form 199N is available online from the CA FTB.

• Massachusetts (MA)

• Texas (TX - the Texas Franchise Tax Report).

The only state returns that can be e-filed from the 990 package are: 

• Texas Franchise Tax Report, the Texas Form 05-164 Extension Request

• California Exempt Organization Annual Information Return (Form 199)
