If you have partnered with Republic Bank, you can now offer Republic Early Access to eligible taxpayers. If they opt-in to the Early Access program, taxpayers can receive their federal refund up to 5 days earlier than standard funding. There is an additional $25.00 Early Access fee for this service.
Disbursement options include Direct Deposit and Check. There is no separate application for Early Access; it is available to all firms who partner with Republic Bank.
For more information about the product, see the Republic Bank Product Page.
Eligibility Requirements
The following limitations apply:
- Early Access is available with Refund Advance when a Refund Transfer (RT) is included in the offering. Early Access is not available when Refund Advance is selected without an RT.
- Early Access is available for personal federal returns only. State refunds are not eligible for Early Access.
If the taxpayer does not receive their Refund Transfer (RT) early for any reason, the $25.00 Early Access fee is not charged. The $25.00 Early Access fee may appear in the total bank pricing on the bank application and on bank disclosures, even though the fee is only charged when the taxpayer successfully receives their refund early.
Data Entry
If the taxpayer wants to opt-in, check the Would you like to receive your refund via Early Access for $25? box on the RB screen to opt the taxpayer into the program.

The amount is displayed on the RB_INFO page
