To remain PCI Compliant and avoid non-compliance fees, you must complete PCIClosed Payment Card Industry Compliance Training once per year. Drake Pay has partnered with MAXpci, a web-based PCI Compliance firm, to deliver this required training.

First Year

To complete compliance training for the first time, follow these steps:

  1. Go to https://pci.infinicept.com.

  2. Enter your Merchant ID Number as the Username. The password will be the temporary password that was provided in the email notice.

  3. You are prompted to:

    • Confirm that your email address is correct.

    • Confirm your phone number.

    • Select a new password.

  4. Answer the question: Do you store cardholder data electronically?

  5. Select your processing method:

    • If you do not use a POS device, select My customers either click on a link to make a payment or are taken to a third party's site to pay.

    • If you use a POS device, select I use a terminal that uses an IP-based connection.

  6. Answer the remaining questions and complete a quick scan, if prompted.

  7. Attest and obtain your PCI compliance certificate.

Re-Validate Annually

To re-validate your compliance:

  1. Go to: https://pci.infinicept.com.

  2. Log in using your Merchant ID Number as your Username. Your password will be what you selected last year.

  3. On your merchant dashboard, locate the option Click Here to Select a Questionnaire.

  4. Complete the updated questionnaire and re-attest to maintain compliance.

Non-Compliance Fee

You must complete the training within 60 days of our first notification. If you do not complete the process by this deadline, or fail to achieve PCI compliance, your merchant account will be assessed a PCI non-compliance fee of $25.00 per month until you successfully complete the process.
