Drake Tax - NJ - 1065 Filing Fee Not Producing

The 1065 Filing Fee information can be entered on NJ > FF screen. If it will not produce in the return, verify that:

• there are more than two partners, AND

• there is an amount for income or expenses.

If either of the above items are not true, and you still want to produce this fee, select Force Print when two or fewer partners OR if no income or expenses check box on screen FF to force it to print.
