Missouri allows electronic online payments, including extension and estimated tax payments, using a credit or debit card as well as an e-Check through the MO DOR website. Direct debit through Drake Tax using screen PMT is also a valid transaction method for individual returns.
If the taxpayer needs to make an electronic payment, they can visit the File and Pay Your Personal Taxes page from the MO DOR website.
